Popular tour for society

FORFAR Dramatic Society’s A Play, A Pie and A Pint season has been hailed a success even before they take to the stage with the first of the three night programme already sold out.

Two, by Jim Cartwright, will be performed in the Osnaburg Lounge tonight (Wednesday). There are still a few remaining briefs for the performances of Whisky Galore in the Strathmore Cricket Club on Thursday (May 24) and for the performances of Three Men and a Boat and Potholes to be staged in the Vine and Monkey on Friday, May 25.

A discounted ticket for two venues (£14) or a ticket for a single venue (£8) are available from:

The Toy Castle, 86 Castle Street, Forfar Dramatic Society members, the respective venues (single tickets only) or by emailing forfardramatic@live.co.uk All tickets include a drink, a pie and the performance and there is a £2 reduction for concessions. The tour allows Forfar Dramatic Society and some local businesses to work together.
