Mike McEwan is organising another Scottish concert in aid of Forfar Athletic Football Club.

It will be held in the Reid Hall, Forfar on Sunday, March 22 at 7.15 p.m.

Artists appearing include the Brandon McPhee Trio all the way from Wick.

Brandon is 18 years old and the current Scottish accordion champion.

He is highly acclaimed and plays to full houses wherever he appears.

Also appearing will be excellent local accordionist Scott Band, who will be accompanied by Bill Ewan on piano and the show’s regular drummer, Malcolm Ross.

Making a welcome return to the show will be the Dundee Strathspey and Reel Society Ceilidh Band who were excellent at their last appearance.

The show will be compered by the inimitable Eddie Rose with his own brand of music and comedy.

Eddie - the popular singer, comedian and all-round entertainer - is affectionately known as Scotland’s ‘son of fun’. He is well-known for his own Scottish variety shows which are performed in Pitlochry during the summer.

The Scottish Bonanza in Forfar is sure to be a sell-out show. Tickets priced £12 for the balcony and £10 for downstairs are now available from The Toy Castle, Castle Street, Forfar or from Mike McEwan on 01307 818 765.
