THE final TradAngus summer session is on Sunday afternoon, September 4, at 3pm at Three Bellies Brae, Kirriemuir where the group ‘Randan’ will be appearing during the Kirrie Festival.

They are an exciting dynamic band with Karen Hannah on fiddle, Kyle Howie on Scottish small and border pipes, plus low whistle. Guitar accompaniment and tin whistle from Alistair.

Karen is an outstanding fiddle-player with a lot of experience and energy, whilst Kyle has had a lot of experience for a younger piper. He has played with local pipe bands, including the Vale of Atholl, has performed twice at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo and has just returned from Austria where he has been on a tour with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.

The regular weekly sessions continue at Kirriemuir every Tuesday from September 6 at Three Bellies Brae, kirriemuir at 8p m.
