Early bird offer

PLANS are taking shape for the return of the popular Grand Scottish Proms, which will be staged this year on Saturday, July 30 at Glamis Castle.

The Trustees of Strathmore Estates Limited have confirmed they will be joined by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) for the concert, which will also feature soloist Giordano Luca, the young Italian tenor who won the audience prize at the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World Competition.

Having held positions with three European orchestras, Welsh conductor Grant Llewellyn, has also been confirmed and is renowned for his exceptional charisma, energy and easy authority in music of all styles and periods.

Visitors from across Scotland can take advantage of the ‘early bird’ ticket offer but they only have until the end of March to take advantage of this offer.
