THE annual Tayside & Fife Health Services Christmas Carol Concert in aid of CLIC Sargent Cancer Care for Children takes place tonight (Thursday), in the Caird Hall, Dundee.
The concert features the Tayside, Fife Health Services and Friends Choir, the Mike Bennet Brass Ensemble, the High School of Dundee String Ensemble, St Paul’s Academy Madrigal Group, organist Stuart Muir all led by musical director Norman Beedie.

The Christmas music continues on Sunday, December 11 with the Dundee Choral Union’s “An Evening of Christmas Music”.
The programme includes Faure’s Requiem, Francis Poulenc’s four Christmas motets, and Vaughan William’s Fantasia of Christmas Carols.
There will also be a selection of traditional and new carols. The soloists for the evening are Libby Crabtree, Stewart Kempster, Morley Whitehead and the Orchestra of Scottish Opera.
