THE wintry weather put paid to the chance of any Forfar and District Sunday Amateur Football League action at the weekend.
All the games scheduled for the area were postponed due to frost-bound pitches.
This Sunday's fixtures are as follows:-
Tayside Sunday Amateur Cup third round - Dundee Social Club v Strathmore (as arranged); Ferry Inter v Finavon (as arranged); Letham Hotel v Lochee Central (Letham, as arranged); Sandy's v Craw's Nest (as arranged). Matches will be played to a finish with extra time and penalty kicks if required.
Forfar Roof Truss Trophy second round - Abbey Athletic v Kirrie Thistle Social Club (M. Harrison, Victoria Park, straight to penalties after 90 minutes if the teams are level).
League - Dalhousie Hotel v AS Tutties(G. Ferguson, Carnoustie House); Millgate Bar v Crown Inn) (G. Adams, Hercules Den); Thrums Hotel v AFC Plough (D. Muir, Martin Park). All kick-offs 11 am.
