Goals galore for Forfar Under-12s

Forfar Boys Under-12s had fun in the sun on Sunday as they racked up another two fine goal-laden performances against Monifieth.

In the first game Sean Tait gave the young Loons the lead after three minutes and Robbie McLauchlan and Tait again came close before the visitors levelled.

Tait gave Forfar the lead before half-time and after Lewis McSherry had hit the post Monifieth managed to level for a second time.

Jack Neave fired home a screaming volley with five minutes remaining to give Forfar victory.

Forfar dominated the second game from start to finish and were six goals ahead at half-time through Nathan Clark (2), Liam Jones, Euan Miller, Callum Kelman and an o.g.

The hosts added another four in the second period with Robbie Davidson grabbing a double, Clark completing his hat-trick and Neave taking the goals tally into double figures.

Monifieth grabbed a consolation with the last kick of the game.
