FORFAR West End suffered another heavy defeat at the weekend, going down by six goals to nil at Lochee United.

Greg Kirk and Craig Robertson had the Bluebells two goals ahead at the interval, with Graham Hay, John Voigt, Jayson Alexander and Grant Lawson adding to West’s misery in the second period.

Meanwhile, in the East North League, Kirrie Thistle lost by four goals to two at home to Dundee Violet.

Ross Grant and Scott Renolds were on target for the visitors before Thistle pulled a goal back through Stewart Russell.

Russell restored Violet’s two-goal advantage, then Russell scored again for Thistle, before a Reynold’s free-kick sealed the points for the Dundee side.

Forfar Albion drew two each at home to Blairgowrie.

Ian Plenderleith gave Albion an early advantage, David Fyfe hitting back forn the Berrypickers.

When David Salisbury scored a second for Blair it looked as if the points were heading for Perthshire, but Robbie Small scored a last-gasp leveller for Albion.
