Forfar Athletic manager Gary Bollan felt the side should have taken something from the 1-0 defeat to Stranraer.
The defeat capped off a poor week for the Loons after their 4-0 loss at Brechin City and mid-week, and Gary said that tie could have been very different as well.
He said: “I felt there was nothing in the game whatsoever, they didn’t have any clear-cut chances. If there were any chances, we had them.
“They’ve had one good chance and unfortunately for us it’s one goal where we’ve switched off at a set piece.
“Looking at the chances we’ve had, we probably should have equalised later in the game and it wouldn’t be such a bad result.
“At times goals change games, and up until Brechin scored their first goal we were the team in the ascendancy and we looked the most threatening.
“They got their goal that changed the game, got the bit between the teeth and won the game.
“Before that we had two or three reasonable chances and if we convert them, it’s a very different game. Even at 2-0 I think, Danny Denholm’s flashed the ball across goal.”
