Forfar Boys Under-16s put on a fine display to beat Lincraig by 8-1 away from home on Sunday.
They started quickly and took the lead when Simpson put Crozier in to finish with a left foot shot across the keeper.
Ferrier then saw his shot saved by the keeper but it was soon two when Watt finished inside the box after some good work by Lumgair on the left.
Crozier was on the mark again to make it three after a great ball through the defence by Ferrier. He then bagged his hat trick by following up to net the rebound after Watt had done well to get a shot on target in the box.
Baillie made it five when he expertly scored from the spot after Crozier had been fouled in the box.
Crozier was on the mark again when he got a sixth after good link-up play with Watt. He then scored his fifth and Forfar’s seventh when he finished a good ball into the box by Lumgair.
The second half didn’t produce the same amount of goals as the first, but nevertheless Forfar were still playing some terrific football.
Simpson set up Edward who fired a great shot into the net from the edge of the box on the left to make it eight, just before Norrie saw his effort from the centre circle go just past the post.
Although the hosts managed a consolation goal and forced Norrie to track back for an excellent goal-line clearance, they hardly troubled Urquhart in the Forfar goal who was well protected by the solid defending of Davidson, Norrie and Simpson ably marshalled by Roy.
Up front the link-up play between Watt and Crozier was very effective in the first half especially.
Forfar: Urquhart, Simpson, Roy, Norrie, Davidson, Lumgair, Baillie, Ferrier, Edward, Crozier, Watt, Menmuir.
