Tricky steps and routines at rural

PRESIDENT Moira Hammond ably stepped into the ‘cowboots’ of Delma Wilson, who was unfortunately unable to attend the recent meeting of Inverarity WRI.

She led the Inverarity Cowgirls in some of the tricky steps and routines in Line Dancing. As a past tap dancing champion she gave an impressive display of her skills, then introduced some basic tap dancing steps.

There was much fun, laughter and toe tapping.

Mrs Morag Thomson proposed the vote of thanks.

Competitions resulted as follows: happy hoedown limerick – 1, Helen Jackson; 2, Moira Hammond; 3, Helen Flight.

Paper flower - 1. Helen Jackson.
