The Black Watch September lecture

AUTHOR Victoria Schofield, will give a lecture about her journey through the writing of The Highland Furies – The Official Regimental History of The Black Watch 1739-1899.

Victoria will share with the audience how she came to write this history, her methodology for doing so, what surprises she encountered and how fascinating a journey it was. For those attending the event there will be signed copies of Victoria’s book available to purchase.

Writing the History of The Black Watch Lecture will take place on Thursday, September 20, A. K. Bell Library, York Place, Perth.

There will be a wine and canapés reception from 6.30pm with the Lecture commencing at 7pm.
