ANGUS Council is running a Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland course on food hygiene for local business and those seeking employment in the catering industry.
The course takes place on Monday, October 17, and covers elementary food hygiene.
Participants will be given information on many aspects of food management.
The course takes place in Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, at a cost of £34 per person.
