Memories of Guthrie School

This week we take a trip back in time to Guthrie School in the mid 1950s. It features the pupils at the school with head teacher Alex Taylor, who taught primaries four to seven, and Alice Whitton who taught primaries one to three. Thanks to Mrs Alice Whyte for handing it in to us.
We are always on the look out for pictures for our popular Down Memory Lane feature. If you have any you would like to share with our readers, either email them to news@forfardispatch.com or pop in to our office at 117 to 119 Castle Street, Forfar where it will be scanned and returned to you.
