COMMENT in relation to the cannabis cultivation.

“Tayside Police carrying out enquiries into the discovery of a cannabis cultivation in the Forfar area have charged two men from the Motherwell area, aged 50 years and 31 years. A report was sent to the Procurator Fiscal. Both men were expected to appear at Forfar Sheriff Court today”.
