Bungee jump for Angus Cat Rescue

Local woman Chel Scott conquered her fears and recently undertook a sponsored bungee jump in aid of Angus Cat Rescue, raising £440.

Angela Smith, from the charity, said: “We at the rescue are very grateful to Chel for this fantastic amount which will be used 100 per cent towards the veterinary treatment and food for our cats in care.”

Angus Cat Rescue is a small group of volunteers that helps cats in the local area. All cats in their care, if old enough, are neutered, microchipped, receive at least their first vaccination and given flea and worm treatments.

It also rehomes stray cats, with a £50 minimum donation upon rehoming after a successful home visit. It has several cats and kittens looking for loving homes, and further information is available from Angela on 07982 064765.
