A FREE self-management course which aims to help people living with pain to have an improved quality of life is due to start in Montrose in October.
The eight-week course starts on Tuesday, October 9, and is delivered by Angus Community Health Partnership supported by Pain Association Scotland.
At the first meeting, which will last approximately two-and-a-half hours, Phil Sizer from Pain Association Scotland will talk about some of the benefits of self-management and explain about the pain management course in more detail.
