Are YOU living with or caring for a person living with a long term health condition? Why not go along to the Reid Hall in Forfar on Thursday (April 26) to find out more about the range of services and the support available in Angus that could help you manage your condition better.
This is the third Long Term Conditions Event organised by Angus Community Health Partnership and is supported by Angus Council, voluntary sector and local and national organisations. The free health information day in the Reid Hall runs from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and members of the Angus communities are invited to take a few minutes out of their day to drop-in.
People will be able to see first hand what is available and accessible locally throughout Angus to help them self-manage any long term health condition they or their family or friends are living with. Over 30 stands will be covering diseases such as diabetes, chronic lung conditions such as asthma, weight management, cardiac disease, pain management and Parkinson’s disease.
