Three Webster’s High School pupils lost their locks for charity recently in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Beth Watson, Jade Lamond and Kathryn Sinclair (pictured) had their pony tails cut off and their heads shaved after Jade decided she wanted to do something to raise funds for the worthwhile charity.
The girls’ hair will go to Little Princess, which makes wigs for patients receiving radiotherapy treatment. The deed was done in the school canteen by hairdressers Paul Soutar and McCauley Clark Paul’s Hair Studio in Kirriemuir.
Buckets were passed around for pupils and teachers to donate to the charity. Kirriemuir Round Table Joanna Johnston and member James Arnott presented a cheque for £100.
