The 2nd Forfar Girls Brigade held their Enrolment and Re-Dedication Service on Sunday, November 5 in the Lowson church.

There was a good attendance by the girls and they all took part in a well rehearsed praise item using flags.

Two of the girls, Rhiannon and Courtney, led the congregation in prayer while Brianna read a passage from the Bible.

There were seven girls enrolled as new members and two girls promoted to the Junior section.

The Rev. Karen Fenwick presented Elizabeth Duguid with her 20 year service award as an officer in the company.

The Colour party was formed by Gayle Sargent (Queens colour) escorted by Ailish-Louise Rattray and Rebecca Duguid and Elizabeth Duguid (Company colour) escorted by Courtney Bayne.

The girls are now thinking ahead to Christmas and are starting their rehearsals for the concert to be held on Thursday, December 8.
