The benefits of complementary therapy for arthritis sufferers will be the subject of a forthcoming meeting in Forfar.
The local Arthritis Forum will meet on September 2 to discuss how complementary therapy can help the condition, and taster sessions will also be on offer.
The forum was established to support people to live well with arthritis and, as well as providing information, the meeting will offer those attending a chance to chat with others, over a cup of tea or coffee, who also have arthritis.
The meeting will be held in the Lintrathen Room at Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre, Forfar on Wednesday, September 2 from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
The meetings are organised by the Angus Community Health Partnership in conjunction with the local Arthritis Forum.
These are all open to anyone living with arthritis as well as their families and friends.
For more information or to be added to the group’s mailing list to receive advance notice about further meetings, contact Rhona Guild on 01307 474889 or e mail email@example.com.
