THE ANGUS Arthritis Forum are inviting all who suffer from the condition to a free information evening which will be held in The Lintrathan Room, Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre in Forfar on Wednesday, July 13 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Angus Community Health Partnership (CHP) in conjunction with the Arthritis Forum has organised this two-hour informal evening which is open to anyone living with arthritis, their families and friends.
Many people living with a long-term condition, such as arthritis, feel that managing fatigue is a one of their major challenges. This session aims to help people discover ways to manage tiredness and fatigue to help them live better.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a relaxation session as well as being able to chat with others affected by arthritis over a cup of tea.
