A FORFAR man has been jailed for nine months after admitting his second drugs supply charge.
In September last year police raided Steven Sutherland’s New Road home with a search warrant and found amphetamine and mephedrone.
Drug related items such as scales and mobile phones were also found.
Sutherland (49) pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of amphetamine between April 1 and September 24 and possessing amphetamine and mephedrone at his home on September 24 when he appeared before Sheriff Kevin Veal.
Cash totalling £125, four mobile phones, two sets of scales and a sim card were also recovered by drugs officers and forfeited by the court.
