Crafts and games

The 2nd Forfar Girls’ Brigade hosted a very successful crafts and games evening in the Lowson Church hall last Thursday.

Friends were invited to pop along and join in the fun.

Also attending were a number of Brownies who have been researching other youth groups in the town as part of their badge-work.

They were all welcomed by the girls and enjoyed parachute games and team games.

They also had the choice of making beaded jewellery, fridge magnets, face masks and puppets.

The evening finished with some singing.

This week the friends are welcome to pop along again to continue with their puppet making.

On Thursday, February 24, the 2nd Forfar Girls’ Brigade are holding a beetle drive in the hall from 6.30 pm to 8 pm in aid of Company funds.
