The Guide Dogs charity is offering the chance to celebrate Burns night in style in the stunning and atmospheric setting of Glamis Castle on January 25.
The charity has arranged a traditional Burns Supper gala evening with a welcome drink by the log stove in the Sixteenth Century Chambers followed by a tour of the castle’s state rooms and a three course meal.
The festivities will be helped along by “one-man Burns supper” Ken Smith’s recitation of the Tam O’Shanter.
Former Arbroath GP and leading light of the Arbroath Rotary Club, Dr Rusty Smith will recite Holy Willie’s Prayer and Burns enthusiast Jim Anderson will provide the all-important address to the haggis.
The exclusive and intimate event promises to be a night to remember and tickets are available to all from Alison Parker at £50 per head.
The dress code is kilts or lounge suits.
Contact Alison Parker on 0845 372 7354 or Alison.firstname.lastname@example.org for tickets or more information.
