If you live in the Forfar area with arthritis, your local Arthritis Forum would like to invite you to their upcoming meeting which will provide information on how to self-manage chronic pain.
The group was established to support people to live well with arthritis and, as well as providing information, the meeting offer a chance to chat with others living with arthritis over a cup of tea or coffee.
The meeting will be held in the Lintrathen Room at Whitehills Health & Community Care Centre, Forfar on Tuesday, January 12, from 6.30 to 8.30pm.
Phil Sizer from Pain Association Scotland will share information about how to self-manage chronic pain.
The meetings are organised by NHS Tayside (Angus) in partnership with the local Arthritis Forum. The meetings are open to anyone living with diabetes as well as their families and friends.
