Kirriemuir Gateway to the Glens Museum recently welcomed a family of Spanish AC/DC fans.
Enrique Diaz Galvez has been a fan of the great Australian rock band since 1978.
He brought his partner, Inma, and children, Sergio and Lourdes, all the way from Cordoba, to visit the birthplace of former lead singer Bon Scott.
Enrique donated a limited-edition T-shirt, designed for the opening of Calle de AC/DC, a street named for the band, in Leganes near Madrid.
Enrique told museum assistant Sheila Philp that the 50 shirts produced were never intended for sale.
The shirt will join other rare items in a special exhibition planned for the 65th anniversary of Bon Scott’s birth on July 9.
Further information on the celebration can be obtained from Gateway to the Glens Museum, on 01575 575479 or firstname.lastname@example.org from Mondays to Saturdays, between 10 am to 5 pm.
