MOTORCYCLIST DIES IN ACCIDENT NEAR KIRRIEMUIR

A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a motor vehicle on the B957 Brechin Road, outside Kirriemuir.
The collision happened at around 6.25 pm on Thursday evening on a stretch of the road about 2 miles outside Kirriemuir.

The road has been closed to allow crash investigators to carry out a thorough examination of the scene. Diversions are in place.

Anyone who witnessed the collision take place should get in touch with Tayside Police on 0845 600 5705.
