TAYSIDE Police are appealing for information after rowing boats were set adrift and oars vandalised at Monikie Country Park overnight on Tuesday, April 29 into Wednesday.
Officers are keen to trace a group of about eight males - aged in their mid to late teens - who were seen walking towards the north pond at about 9.45pm on Tuesday.

At about 8.30am on Wednesday staff at the Angus Council-run country park discovered that around £200 worth of damage had been caused to boating equipment and several boats had been broken free of their moorings.

Anyone who was at or near the park between the times mentioned or who has information that could assist enquiries should contact Tayside Police on 0845 600 5705.
